This means that, if they complain to you, you need to fix it and fix it as soon as possible. Don’t promise to do it and then keep putting it off. Think about it; it’s probably better that they call you instead of trying to fix the problem themselves, as they may damage it even more. Be patient and listen
We know it can be frustrating if your tenants are constantly bothering you over seemingly unimportant things, but remember that renting out property is a type of business, so you need to remain professional at all times. Another important thing is to be patient – if you’re always impatient, you’ll lose tenants easily.

It may be tempting to write up a contract that has a lot of benefits for you, but that’s not right. A contract should be fair and protect both parties. You also need to make sure that you do everything required of you that is set out in the contract, otherwise, you can’t expect your tenants to do the same.
